Oz Hammocks are not responsible for any damages or injuries related to the use of products from our website. In the case of the products received from Oz Hammocks, we are not responsible for damages or injuries due to misuse of the product or products faults.


All products from Oz Hammocks have a one year warranty on all products.

If your hammock is faulty once received during the warranty period than it may be possible to exchange it for the same product. Refunds are possible if the product in question is not currently in stock.

All sales and contacts are recorded so all neccesary information is on file, if you would like to make a claim, please email info@ozhammocks.com.au and we will assess the situation. We may ask for specific proof relating to the fault.

Claims can be rejected by Oz Hammocks if we find the fault is due to improper usage or purposeful damage.


We do not accept returns and give a refund if you change your mind or decide that the product is not quite what you were looking for. However we can arrange for an in store credit depending on the situation. We can offer a replacement if the product is faulty or a refund if we do not have extra stock available.


Please allow up to 20 days for shipping, depending on the courier, some items are delivered express and others regular.
